		<description>Doug, I spoke with a few of my Vietnamese friends and they told me that the guy who brings gifts from the groom&#039;s house to the bride&#039;s house has a special role in the wedding, the guy is referred to as something like the &quot;sacrificial piglet&quot;.  He is actually part of the gifts and by delivering the gifts he has implicitly promised to marry the old maid of the bride&#039;s family within the next 12 months.  Congratulations!</description>
